Booking Enquiries - Our Policies
Make a Booking
To reserve The Birches please contact Manager on 07799 142745 or email lzburrows@aol.com to check availability for the period you require. You may reserve the property via email/telephone for up to seven days but if we do not receive your completed Booking Form and payment due within seven days of the reservation it will automatically be readvertised as available.
To Make a Booking
To make a firm booking please email/telephone the Manager and the relevant forms will be emailed direct. If you prefer the Manager will be happy to post a hard copy of these to you. Please return completed Booking Form along with payment to :- Mrs L Burrows, The Old Rectory, The Green, Guiseley, Leeds, LS20 9BB. We will then send you a written confirmation of your booking and receipt for the sums paid.
Booking Deposit
A Deposit of 30% of the letting fee is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable twelve weeks before your stay.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking prior to your stay we will endeavour to relet the property and if successful we will refund your money less a £70 admin fee. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking for reasons beyond our control we will of course immediately refund your money in full.
Good Housekeeping Deposit
A Good Housekeeping deposit of £300, payable with the final balance, is required against unreasonalbe breakages etc. This will typically be refunded within two weeks of the end of your stay.
What is included in the hire price?
All linen and towels for your stay, all gas and electricity and internet access.
What forms of payment do yu accept?
Payment can be made via cheque or direct transfer into our bank account.
Arrival Instruction and Directions
These along with an inventory of kitchen equipment, will be provided when we confirm your booking on receipt of full payment.
